They are not charging my iPad Pro 12.9. I plugged the original cable that came with the iPad into the same outlet and it charged. This cable will not. Very disappointed. Don't go back - I'll find something else. The reason I found my iPad Pro 12.9 not charging was because there wasn't enough power at the USB-A socket I connected it to. When I used an adequate AC power supply, this cable worked fine. Lesson learned: The Apple Power Brick that comes with the iPad Pro is rated at 18W, which is more powerful than those that came with the iPhone and earlier iPads.
