Blunt scissors for hair cutting tools

I needed to sharpen my scissors and didn't feel like it so I bought these to last the few weeks until I bring my boyfriend. They were literally worse than all the scissors I have to sharpen. They curled their hair. how? Waste of money so I sent it back
