I bought the Oral-B toothbrush on the advice of my dental hygienist because it tends to collect a lot of plaque. I like the thoroughness of the cleaning and the time the "jerky" provides at 30 second intervals. A recent review noted that the grip becomes slippery and difficult to hold when wet. I found the same thing, so I wrapped a large rubber band around the handle as shown in the photo. It gives me enough support without getting in the way. There is one more problem that I could not solve. The brush head has a slot that opens into the shaft, and from there water and toothpaste flow down the chin.
