Benefits: Large easy to read display. Seems fairly accurate although I don't have a calibrated gauge to compare. I compared it to three other tire gauges and they agree. The plug is straight, not angled, and fits into a narrow gap in my new car's hubcap to fit the faucet. The priming button comes in handy when trying to release pressure. - The pressure gauge holds the pressure for a reasonable time, so you don't have to take measurements while it's actually connected. - No batteries are used. Cons: Actually none. on the valve stem, you just hold it there. Two hands are required for operation, but you can hold the display at a comfortable viewing angle while attaching the tip. Pressure between consecutive readings - This is a larger unit. It's not really the size of the glove box, but I don't see how you could have those features and make it smaller. I have about 3 or 4 other sensors but I wasn't sure about their accuracy, also they are all designed with the head mounted at an angle to the sensor shaft. The old gauges just don't fit the recessed valve stem in the hood of my new machine and I end up deflating and getting inaccurate readings. Accu-Gage is much easier to use and I have more confidence in the readings. I still keep a pressure gauge in my car's glove box for emergencies, but ever since I've filled my car tires at home, I've found it easier to keep that gauge in my garage. I've only had it for about a month so can't comment on durability but it feels like a solid build.
