After the fan motor was installed, it initially worked fine. After 10 months, the fan motor began to fail. After contacting them via email they do not honor their 1 year warranty! First they try to dodge by saying that you should have a certified technician install it. Give me a break! Installation involves removing the fan and removing 3 screws. How does this require a certified specialist!? Then they tried to say that it seemed like the resistance was down. Then when I pointed out that the resistor was integrated and built into the fan unit they sold me, they said I was out of warranty. It looks like they don't even know the basics of the products they sell! I bought the blower on 08/23/2019 and today's date is 08/12/2020. How did the 1 year warranty not expire!? I've worked with cars for 35 years and have never encountered such a pathetic array of excuses for not honoring a warranty. I will never buy parts from these guys again and would advise anyone reading this not to do so.
