I bought a replacement fan on December 21, 2015. I installed it in my car as soon as I got it in January 2016 and it worked great initially. Unfortunately, it's only been a little over a year and it's been working sporadically for the last month. Now it has stopped working all together. I thought it was a lifetime guarantee but I don't know who to contact.

After the fan motor was installed, it initially worked fine. After 10 months, the fan motor began to fail. After contacting them via email they do not honor their 1 year warranty! Very easy installation. The hardest part is the position; I had to lie on my back. Make sure you have the tools and new parts. Torx screws are not needed as this is also an 8mm socket; thanks toyota So easy. There is a screw behind the wire harness holder; Don't remove it, just loosen it with a Phillips screwdriver and slide it to the side. Disconnect the fan before removing. Disconnect/disconnect the two wires attached to the bracket; it's just so much easier. It's much easier to do everything

Perfect fit, 4 bolts and about 30 minutes to install, this was on my 2012 Toyota Prius. So note that you will need a torx bit to remove the screws.
