I have contacted TYC and was told that they only deal directly with suppliers and not end users, they have stated that Rambotech must honor the warranty which they have made clear they will not. Heed my warning and stay away this fan will fail and it will cost you in the end, I had to pay a mechanic to install it every time so now I lose money every time it fails and be the seller product does not return.
