Good glasses, they help you sleep. However, they are very dark and take some getting used to. I think that's the point, but my orange glasses also helped with sleeping and it was easy to see in them. I also sometimes get glare in other lighting, but I'm not used to wearing glasses either, so maybe that's normal? I bought them mainly for style if I ever need to travel at night, and while I like them, they're not much better for sleeping than my $10 orange glasses. They came with a free branded protective case (on one side) but I switched to a full hard plastic case as I didn't want them damaged. Thanks very much!
