Review on HRMS & Payroll by Christopher Gulledge

The product has all information you need for payroll so it's quick, easy-to use at any time of year or month (even when there are only partial pay periods). It doesn't sync up well if your employees change addresses frequently - but I have had problems since we've moved into this new system about 3 years ago! Don't expect every single piece of detail that could possibly be included; they know what their customers want more than anything else now :) We used old fashioned spreadsheet software before because our previous version was not very good / user friendly. As soon as those features were added, users started converting back to paper!! I like that it's user friendly, easy for employees who are not familiar or do-it yourself workers (DIY) when they create their own paychecks/compensation plans using this software! Not much; everything works well which makes my life easier!! Sometimes there can be errors but those have been quickly fixed by support staff within 24 hours of me reaching out through ticketing system at least once per week since we started usign them last year. Excellent customer service. !
