I bought this mouse to work with multi-vendor products via bluetooth as I had an old mx master 2 mouse that was really good before it was stolen. This new version looks very premium and currently works seamlessly over BT on Android Pixel tablets. Pairing via BT only took a few seconds and everything worked. The mouse has a really good premium "weight". So far all buttons work as usual, although I don't use gestures on any platform, so I haven't tested this functionality. I tried to see if there were any improvements for this mouse over the monochrome Windows versions but couldn't find a review on it. Reviewers don't differentiate between mice for Mac and older mice for Windows because they have very similar names. My logic is to make the latest version available, even though I'm mainly a windows user by profession, since there's a chance to improve the sensors, or how it's done since the win version released about 6 months ago became? if I remember correctly. Either way, it's a great product with a great feel and "hard" click. An important point that interested me as I use a Logitech M330 Silent Mouse on my Windows machine. It's definitely louder and clicks like a regular mouse. The advert on Logitech's website says it's a quiet mouse, but it sounds as loud as any of my regular mice I've accumulated over the years. So don't think that this is one of the last "silent" mice. by logitech. Otherwise this is a very reliable mouse and I am very happy with it having received it a few days ago. Sorry I don't have any more information on using a Mac as I'm not currently on a mapping laptop.
