Updated 8/24/21. I was contacted by the seller of this product and offered a $40 gift certificate for my "inconvenience" due to issues I was having with this product. After agreeing to accept the gift card, the condition was that I would change my rating to 5 stars due to their customer service. When I expressed the fact that I felt the offer was only made to change my rating and not for the original reason they stated, the seller didn't even reply. It is clear that the gift card offer was ONLY for me to change my rating. SMH... I was expecting them to be louder but they are not as loud and clear as I expected. I needed them for my day office at home, but I'm not impressed yet
