I have been wary of pressure point insoles as I have neuropathy and the soles of my feet are very sensitive. I've been pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are and so far their durability has been excellent. The insole's pressure points allow air to circulate, which is a huge relief compared to most others. I wore them every day during a 10 day vacation full of hikes and long walks and they were really comfortable. The only thing I would change is next time downsize by half a size. (I usually order half a size larger) They fit perfectly out of the box but the straps are all as tight as they can be. Over time they stretch a little, now they are a bit loose and there is no more adjustment. Overall I'm really impressed. The best sandals I have bought in many years and I expect them to last for several seasons. I will order another pair if they become unavailable later. Buy with confidence. Do not buy more than your actual size.
