I am very impressed with the product we received! We ordered two royal silk pillowcases with a bright pattern 3. The colors are bright, the fabric is nice to the touch and looks very high quality. This is a great replacement for my boring white silk pillowcase! They were also nicely packaged in cute little boxes. I love that this pillowcase has a hidden zipper. I know it will stay on my pillow! There was a small tear between the fabric and the zipper on one of the covers we received, but I'm sure this is probably RARE. I emailed the company and sent photos of the defect (which we worried might become a big hole over time), although we could probably sew it together without too much hassle. I also see how this question would EASILY be overlooked in a review. I only saw this because I went insane and checked every stitch as I got it! Exactly ten minutes after sending the email, I received a personalized reply and an offer to exchange the pillowcase immediately. It's almost faster than it's ever been possible to speak to a company representative over the phone! We are 110% impressed with the product and have complete confidence in the customer service. I would definitely order from this company again!
