I am not much for writing reviews, but when a product offers exceptional performance or outstanding customer support or both, I feel compelled to do so.ZVOX is that kind of product in my book.At first I thought the company was Chinese, but no, lo and behold it’s American as apple pie! Not that I have anything against the Chinese, it’s just that I prefer to do my tiny bit for the economy and buy American whenever possible.The sound of the unit is just exceptional, it does project very well (it’s not a 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound, but very good for its size nevertheless) The sound its also very clear and I am able to understand dialog much better than coming from my TV (a new LG 75 inch flat screen, with average speaker sound)The sound leveler works well too, not letting commercials increase the sound volume; in fact I am very pleased with the sound.Installation and remote programming took all of 10 minutes max.This unit I now have is the second one I received; the first one had a glitch and when I called customer service about it and spoke with Manny he was very professional and courteous then just a bit later got an email from Brian saying a replacement was being sent immediately and provided me with a tracking number, a few days later, the unit came in. That is great service in my book! I will definitely recommend this company!
