I bought it and redesigned it to run the Nintendo Game Cube and Nintendo 64 console on two different current generation TVs without composite connections. The picture was good and using this converter couldn't be easier. The only problem I had from time to time was the sound from the console lagged behind the image on the screen. It was sometimes distracting and annoying depending on what kind of game I was playing, but I found that simply turning the converter off and on again can solve the problem for a while.
