Adorable Ruffled Maxi Tutu Skirt

This adorable tutu skirt features ruffles. My daughter has worn it to two different events and wants to wear it all the time. We paired it with a cute t-shirt for a modern look, but it could be slightly more formal. It doesn't show through. It's big, but not unbearable. She had to remember to save it from time to time.
