Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I was eager to check out BlueYang for my home renovation requirements, but sadly, the customer service was far from satisfactory. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable about their goods and seemed uninterested in assisting me in finding what I needed. I asked for help and was greeted with rudeness and impatience. Despite the assurance of "exceptional customer service," I felt let down and irritated when I departed.
