Not Valuable for Clicks

While BlueYang claims to be a one-stop shop for all of your lighting and home renovation needs, it's more like a one-stop shop for disappointment. Despite their claim that their goods would be inexpensive, I discovered that they were overpriced and of poor quality. Even though they brag about having excellent customer service, it can be challenging to get assistance due to an absence of an online chat feature or phone support. Spend less money elsewhere and save the keystrokes.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I was eager to check out BlueYang for my home renovation requirements, but sadly, the customer service was far from satisfactory. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable about their goods and seemed uninterested in assisting me in finding what I needed. I asked for help and was greeted with rudeness and impatience. Despite the assurance of "exceptional customer service," I felt let down and irritated when I departed.
