This vest is fantastic and definitely true to size. You just have to look at the measurements in the photos of the different vests as they are all different and the sizes are different for everyone. I have a large navy blue F and actually order a medium to see which fits better, this one is a bit large. I usually fall between medium and large when it comes to jackets. 178 lbs 5ft 8in For reference but yes you should definitely get this! Great stuff Zenana is a great brand. You can usually find this brand in boutiques for a much higher price!
