All in all pretty cool. Not perfect, but not bad

Okay this is the review you need if you are looking for a pre workout. I have never used a pre workout before. I work nights and go to the gym right after work in the morning. I was always very tired when I went to the gym and used that as an excuse not to go. So I only bought it because of the many positive reviews. I drink it as soon as I'm done with work and after 45 minutes in the gym. It works well, but it's not as amazing as everyone says. I've been using it for about a month and I love it. I will continue to use it and will most likely buy it again. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: - Works. I feel energized and not that tired - I don't feel that nervous tension (with a spoon). If you're a small person, you can, but I can't. It says 2 scoops is one serving. That is not true. It is required for basic training. 2 if you are very tired and have a big workout ahead of you or if you have to stay up 24 hours straight. Otherwise 1 scoop is enough. I'm a pretty big guy and one shovel is enough for me. That means 40 portions instead of 20! - It works within 20-30 minutes (as I said, I weigh over 280 pounds. Short people can feel it sooner). It's best to drink before your workout, not in the gym. Cons: - Quite bitter. I expected a crystal clear taste. It's definitely a pretty crappy fruit punch. I knew it wouldn't taste like Kool-Aid, but it's definitely NOT cute at all. But I can still drink it without any problems. I would just hate the taste if I was drinking it for fun. My skin becomes sensitive and tingles. When I drink a scoop, I feel sensitive and tingly skin on my back and triceps. There are always spots. It's not exactly itchy, but it's a strange feeling. Usually appears 30 minutes after consumption and usually disappears in 30-60 minutes. When I start exercising and sweat, I don't notice it anymore. It's not uncomfortable, but a bit strange. Maybe if you take a lot, but I never feel "pumped" or anything like super high adrenaline. I just feel awake, not tired. So if you're looking for something to really pump you up, grab a bunch or look elsewhere. Technically, that's only 20 servings (if you're making 2 scoops that you don't really need, one will do). And for 20 servings, it's a little pricey. In general it works well and I will probably buy more. I don't care about sensitive and tingly skin or the taste, but it works and gives me enough energy not to use "I'm too tired" as an excuse. I just use one of those 16 ounce plastic water bottles that are sold in large 24 packs at the store. That's enough for me to dissolve.
