I like that they have a free version of their platform for non-profits, so it's not too expensive. I also like that our team has access to a live chat feature, which is often very helpful when we need to respond to questions about the site or our services. Sometimes there are issues with the website or mobile app, but the support staff at InsideUp is always quick to help fix them. I'd like to see some more features added (e.g., polls and surveys). I am solving the problem of building a large database of members/volunteers for an organization, and then making sure all members are targeted with relevant communications.
