The order is supposedly lost!
The order was supposed to arrive on the 23rd December but I didn't receive it until today the 31st. I have not received a response after emailing the company. The quality of the carpets is good, but the color is not advertised very accurately. Overall this was disappointing. However, if you want dark pink (almost maroon) Hello Kitty car mats, then this is for you. When you're ready, maybe wait a bit.
