Because of previous reviews I persevered and did get feeder connected to my iPhone, but setting portions for one cat with finicky stomach has been difficult. Directions are in tiny print and when setting schedule the feed number was confusing. Did it mean the first, second, third feeding of day with corresponding time or as I finally have decided, it may mean how many pets are being fed. But I can't imagine using that size feeder for 12 animals. My hope was to set a two tablespoon portion but gave up on that as smallest seems to be between 1/4-and 1/3 a cup depending on how much food is in storage container.
