36dd ordered a large
I usually wear large to extra large.im 5'5" 189 lbs 36dd bra size. This shirt fit without being too snug. I definitely thought it was a more cotton blend but it's more like workout material. It worked out fine because I was wearing it under a blazer for work. I do feel pretty certain that if you wore it to work out or got sweaty it'd show through for sure!
