Review on Coldest Water Insulated Stainless Thermos Kitchen & Dining by Warrick Dembo

The bottle itself is of excellent quality and I have been using it happily for a few months. It's easy to clean, keeps the water cold, and looks great. Now for the cons: 1) the words bleed after a few days and I haven't used it in the dishwasher or scrubbed the outside; 2) The mouth isn't as wide as I expected and it's difficult to put large chunks of ice in it. My previous bottle was a Tiger bottle and had a wider neck than this one; 3) The leak-proof straw will have a funny smell after using it for a few months. I've only ever poured water into a bottle; 4) I reported the bleeding problem to the company and all they sent was a general response that I shouldn't wash it in the dishwasher. nothing else, so they either ignore customer complaints. or hope no one bothers to return the bottle to them on that basis.
