After only a few hours of running our Holmes HM411 humidifier, the threads on the supply top cap broke rendering the humidifier unusable. We contacted Holmes for a cover replacement and were informed that parts for this model were no longer available. We now know that Holmes products should be avoided in the future due to the lack of quality and product support.
