I have a small mini flashlight for testing glasses to see if they block blue light (from Zenni). Anyway, I tested these glasses with him and they block 90-95% of the light. They are light and comfortable. The seller also includes a tiny screwdriver that you can use to tighten the levers, a cleaning cloth, and a cloth pouch. Overall a great purchase.
