20 years. in my 95 S-10 which had a small crack in one of the outer tanks. There are ways to "fix" the cracks, but it turns out they had been fixed before, so I decided to replace them. My S-10 has a 4.3 liter engine, code W (CPI) and the cooler has both the transmission and engine oil coolers built into each end tank. The radiator fitted perfectly, no modifications were required. In operation for about a month I have not noticed any difference in the operating temperatures of liquids. I can check the temperature of the transmission and engine oil. The only issue I had was being unable to remove the ACDelco RC95 cover that I bought with the order after installation. I couldn't squeeze it hard enough to remove it and I was afraid I might damage the radiator filler neck. I ended up tearing the plastic off the cap and using pliers to slightly bend the tabs on the cap so they slide over the small ramps on the filler neck. Not knowing if it was a cap or heatsink failure I decided not to lower the price of the heatsink but would suggest buying a new replacement cap locally. Overall pleased with the fit and performance of the device.
