We bought two collars for two 10 month old puppies. The collars were easy to put on, but since the puppies were small we had to make extra holes in the collars to make them fit. We have had good success. The puppies were easy to train. You learned it in just a few days. We started with a beep, vibration and shock, but soon dropped the shock as the beep and vibration were all that was really needed. It was easy to set up. Every morning we left the collars on the sidewalk for a few minutes so they could track satellites. Then we put the collars on the puppies for the rest of the day. At night we took them off and charged them. Everything was fine until after a heavy rain I thought they were too wet. One of them initially did not accept a charge for a few days. Then they started shutting down randomly, scaring the puppies. We had to stop using them. But we contacted Wiez customer service and they said we bought an older version. They agreed to send us two new devices of a newer version. We are very impressed that they stand behind their products. Hope for more success with new devices.
