Great technology used in Customer Service

It is a great tool for customer service. I like the way it integrates with the banking application. I like the way it helps the customer to get what they need easily without wasting time. Sometimes the tool gets slow and it needs to be reloaded. Otherwise, I really like it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that needs a tool for customer service. I would like to use it to get answers to customer questions. I like that it helps the customer get what they need. The bot is very intuitive to use as it can be trained using bank data which makes training much faster than traditional methods like Natural Language Processing (NLP). I have not found anything that would dislike about this product so far but if there are any suggestions please let me know! It has been great working alongside our team at NUS Business Innovation Hub where we developed several new bots such us an automated payment system - PayBot; A loyalty program called MySavingClub Bot etc.

  • It's quick easy navigation through chatbords.
  • Reliable in terms security wise even when dealing within banks servers or other financial institutions networks/networks due its high encryption protocol used across platforms while handling sensitive information including customers’ credit cards info., addresses etc.The software does encrypt all communication between serveral parties involved from clients downwards up until reaching their target
