I have had this precision sous vide cooker for about two weeks now and have used it 3 times - once each to cook rib eye steak, pork chops and shrimp. . The recipes I used are from Lisa Fedderman's Sous Vide at Home website and Kenji Lopez-Alt's Serious Eats website (both are great guides). What impresses the most is the accuracy of the temperature control and its stability. For example, set to 131 degrees (F), it stayed the same; I checked the temperature with a good quality thermometer - the temperature was correct.
