Very thin packaging so it will tear and it's a matter of time. Especially in my case, I make hot coffee and then put it in the freezer for a few hours. So I understand that most glasses made from this thin glass break easily. It will also break easily if you wash it and carelessly slip out of your hands. So if everything is ok with it, then the purchase is ok. The only positive thing about it is that it holds more than my last jug, but everything else is a minus. I use it until it breaks and will not buy it again.
