Good filter but may not fit my B&D Pivot Vac

Very good quality filter. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I'm not 100% sure they will fit my Black&Decker 18v Pivot Vac. Every time I've assembled it in the past it's been smooth and quiet. Now it crackles and I really hope that I don't break anything with this filter. The only difference between the old filter and this new one (that I could see) is that the new one has a little handle to pull it out while the old one doesn't. I'm trying to remove this handle but couldn't.
