Review on WAYNE CDU790 Submersible Sump Pump - 1/3 HP, Cast Iron & Steel Construction, Integrated Vertical Float Switch, Black by Antonio Urbina

This pump was as easy to install as any other submersible pump. It can get messy, but that's the nature of the job. It replaced a Menard Barracuda pump that only lasted about 3-4 years. Hope it lasts a lot longer. Calm? Actually silent. As I was pouring buckets of water into the sump to check the pump, I noticed the water was going down and it took me a second to realize it was being pumped out. I didn't even hear the pump turn on. And no, I don't have hearing loss, it's just so quiet. I'm very impressed and will be even more impressed if it stands the test of time. Hopefully for a long time.
