I have not encountered anything yet which was bad about this software! It's great if you are looking forward to manage your internet connection at home easily without having to go through different websites one by one. So far everything seems perfect but we will see how long does it take before there might be some issues here as well? If all goes good then definitely use this service. This helps me keep track of my monthly data usage along with other things like speed test etc.
