Better quality than expected

Bought this for rural and overseas work. Better quality than expected. So far, this is out performing my colleague's low end Welch Allyn pocket set.Update: The plastic lens on the Otoscope is out of focus. There's no way to adjust this, so it must be a manufacturing issue. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this till I was working in the hills of Guatemala. Absolutely could not make out any landmarks in the ear. Maybe the cheap Welch Allyn is a better way to go. If I hadn't thrown away the box and packaging I would try to return this set.

Pros

For the cost it works just fine. Not all the bells and such but is very nice.

Cons

The sleek, portable soft case is flimsy and prone to breaking or tearing, leading to a shorter lifespan for the product
