I only leave reviews when I'm satisfied.

Better than described! I rarely leave reviews unless the product is truly exceptional and I love it. That's how it is! I wanted a different Keurig (so I thought); Mini or thin but reviews weren't great. It made me think "outside the box" and I'm glad I did! I ended up looking at a lot of K-cup manufacturers. Here's a scoop compared to my old 4-cup Keurig: PROS: * Slim profile * Big enough to fit a 16-ounce glass * Super fast (less than the advertised 3 minutes) (Keurig had one every time annoying preheat cycle so had to wait longer) * No time wasting on the preheat cycle like my old Keurig * Turns off after brewing (the Keurig stayed on the entire time and heated the water tank causing mold) * The detachable tank holds 30 ounces of water so I don't have to pour and measure out the exact amount I want every time! Sound" like my old Keurig * Pod conveniently top-loads (Keurig had to tilt the K-cup for a harder entry) * Makes a stronger drink than my old Keurig * Quality fit and finish * Ground coffee pod cup is pretty large CONS :* You have to reselect the brew size each time (it doesn't remember the last setting) but that's ok - it's a minor thing and selecting the brew size actually starts the brew* At the time of purchase it was only in black I would like Steel Gray I almost bought another similar one (Sboly) for about the same $$ that had a cleaning cycle and high reviews but didn't look big enough for a 16oz jar and you had to get the exact one Measure amount of water you wanted to brew EVERY TIME (he had no way of telling cup size) Glad I chose this one!
