I used this to remove and install a Honda Element passenger side motor mount. These Honda fasteners have a very long bolt and if you are using a wrench there is not much room to use the wrench or apply the torque required to turn the nut. My deep bushings didn't reach the bolt so I bought this and had no issues with spacing as it's very long. It worked like a charm and I'm glad I bought it. It's a task-specific tool and you might not use it all the time, but when you need it, nothing else works quite like it.
