Review on Blazer C7280 LED Trailer Light Kit - Low Profile & Submersible for Superior Performance by Austin Hampton

Best trailer lights I've ever bought and great customer service!

Great product, fantastic customer service! I've been using Wesbar and Optronics pendant lights for years so I was hesitant to buy from Blazer but I'm glad I did. They had more LEDs than other lights and were cheaper. That convinced me to try them out. However, when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see that the package included a small battery and a switch that allowed me to try out the light before opening the package. A great idea! The lights were very easy to install but I broke the lens installing the second one. This was entirely my fault as my trailer had a dent on the edge of the hole where I installed the light and I attempted to force it out rather than repair the dent. So I called customer service and was able to speak to a real English speaking person right away. She told me that the light should still work fine even though the lens was cracked. This is important as the lamps are submersible but not pressurized. She was right, the light still works, even with a completely broken lens underwater. She also informed me that they don't have replacement lenses for this product but since I was honest that I broke it myself they will send me a free replacement. My company would do that, but I rarely find other companies who treat their customers so well. Of course I was very impressed and next time I need a trailer light, I'll just take the blazer!
