I usually wear 2X in my shirts. So, that's what I ordered. It arrived and when I tried to put it on it was like trying to put on the "medium". Too tight in the chest, shoulders and arms. I don't know who chose this size, but they certainly had no idea about US sizing. I can't imagine it would suit me for less than maybe 4X or 5X. I didn't want to risk it again, so I "sent it back".
