Great for a great price.

Don't listen to the guy who says the iPhone has a better camera, obviously they're obsessed with Apple. So people who say it's not an easy camera to use get a point and shoot because it's meant for a little higher end but not quite professional in my opinion. However, in the photos I take, I don't see any difference from Fuji, which we spent over $1,000 on. Autofocus works fairly well, there are some issues with video and 4K, but those are familiar things like cropping and face tracking when there's a lot of people or fast movement. However, this thing is not a video camera, but it records videos well. I got my camera fixed for about $500, the market was insane at the time and it was a smart deal. The camera looks and feels like new, the only thing I've seen is standard packaging with a Canon serial number showing it's not new. My wife's M50 is new and shoots exactly the same. If we go to the Shia, she picks up mine, she's whatever. The main specifications are compatible with the lens because EF works with adaptive smooth autofocus. Before you buy a lens, know your crop and complain that a good 75-300 lens has a minimum shooting distance of at least 4 feet, and even that might be close for some. I shoot from 6ft from target even if I shoot Marco. I was able to get a clear picture of a moving plane during a storm, it was epic but you really need shelter from rain or bad as this thing isn't weatherproof! But for 500+ you get a great camera with cool features, great autofocus and good video recording. If vlogging is what you're after then it just doesn't do as well as the z5 in my opinion, but you can't beat the price. Whether you buy it or not, those who have it love the 24MP sensor. , Autofocus, lens compatibility, quality and price.

Pros
  • 4K UHD 24p and HD 120p for slow motion
Cons
  • Questionable buy for seniors
