I am very happy with this purchase. The item was securely packaged, no parts were missing. The instructions were on one page and mostly with pictures. I assemble it myself (yes, a woman can easily assemble it in 50 minutes) in 40 minutes The trolley rolls perfectly, the shelves are reliable, the perforated panel can be installed or not, the choice is yours. The car also works without him. I would like to point out that this perforated metal car part does not accept "normal" perforated metal hooks. This trolley has small plastic hooks that are supplied, only a few (4). The hooks provided fit perfectly into the "cross" holes in the perforated panel, but the regular pegboard hooks do not fit into the "cross" holes in this trolley. Otherwise I have zero problems. I found the perforated panel to be a great place to put magnetic things like a magnetic notepad and you can use magnetic hooks (instead of perforated panel hooks!) so this great feature isn't wasted if you can't find it others made of plastic hooks that fit into transverse holes. I use this for supplies and tools that my sewing area should have and have found it very convenient and love the fact that it rolls.
