The best part of this software is its ability to analyze texts from social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter etc., It also has capability to understand sentiments in these posts too. I dislike that it does not have an option for multiple language support as well. As such if you are looking at analyzing text data which comes across your platform in different languages then there might be some issues with this product. If you want to gain insights into whats trending among people or what their sentiment is about certain topics, this tool will help you get valuable insight out of them. This helps us know how our customers feel towards us and we can act accordingly. We use epiaanalytics conversational AIs services to track customer feedbacks regarding products/services offered by our organization so as to improve upon existing offerings. Moreover, they assist me in managing my team's performance through regular monthly reviews using automated reports generated via machine learning algorithms present within the system.
