Decent, but there are downsides.
It definitely works. I charged it with UV light and it glows very well. But due to its crystalline nature, it's rough and after a few coats, the texture is definitely visible, making it difficult to achieve a smooth shine. You can see in my picture it's mottled even though I put 7 layers on the TV.
