This case is perfect for carrying my portable hard drive. It opens and closes smoothly and has room for a few extra cables, flash drives or SD cards. I usually leave it straight when in use, just open the lid and plug in the cable (although I have to adjust the hard drive a bit to access the connector). The case is semi-rigid with interior padding so I pack it very conveniently in my laptop bag when traveling. The build quality is solid and looks crisp even in red.
