Edit: IT WAS a manufacturer response to the feedback below to the customer support email which is now gone. And I never got a response from THAT support team. Avoid this chair and this company at all costs. I bought this chair because it's the same brand of chair that I use at work and I was happy with this chair at work so I figured why not? The first two months of owning this chair have been great, it's a good chair. The chair had an issue in August which resulted in the fabric detaching and falling out of the guide (for lack of a better term) where it attaches to the back of the chair. I contacted the HON customer service on August 24th, they directed me to the HON Basyx support site to fill out the support form, I did that, I received no response, I contacted a support agent who actually took the time to do his job and asked if there was a way to contact Basyx support (or lack thereof) he said "no" and filled out the form again, which I did on September 8th , now October 15th, and I still haven't received a response from HON Basyx support. If I had the opportunity to return this and buy a chair with service people who genuinely care about their customers I would.
