It works best with serial cables
Got this to use the serial header on my ASrock Extreme 4 990FX motherboard and installed it on my case with no problems . . I enabled the onboard serial header in the BIOS and it worked. It's essentially a cable, so not much can go wrong. The price and top notch shipping made this purchase an easy task.
