I have built a 1060, 2x1080 and 1080 ti mining rig and it won't turn on. So when I was trying to figure out what to do I hooked up the 1060 to my main computer and it didn't recognize it at all so I tried one that didn't even come out of the anti-static packaging and it flickered and now none of the circuit boards turn on . Everything else has been tested and still works, it's just a phone bug and I'm 90% sure it was risers.
