I bought this coat as a gift. Then the continuous rain stopped. I bought this raincoat at a fabulous price. The coat has cool buttons. turned out to be heavy material. But. I mean if your kids are small these coats might be a bit big.

- Neoprene material may not provide adequate warmth in extremely cold weather.
