They are highly skilled, very professional in all aspects of internet security (DNS filtering etc.) There really is no downside to them at this point! We have tried several companies now - some great with service others not so much. With Philam we don't stress about getting it done because they'll take care everything for you while still being totally hands-off as far as what's actually happening within our networks goes. Our network has become more secure through better understanding how things work via technical monitoring from these guys, also I'd say customer support has been much improved. If something happens or if there is any concern, just ask and give me call & get back quickly. I like how easy it is to use, everything seems very simple so my staff can easily learn quickly what they need to do for our business needs. It has been difficult at times finding people trained in these programs but we are working with them now. Nothing specific as far as this application goes however there have not really been any issues or problems encountered from using other applications such as MailChimp etc.
